I love Sylvia Plath and love her poetry. Her words move me. I got my title from her quote "How frail the human heart must be - a mirrored pool of thought"

So this is what my blog is - a thought pool and mirror in which I dive and drown and reflect ...

Who is she?

Cap'n NikNak: London, United Kingdom; Creative, feminist, dancing pirate. 'Be Yourself' is my motto. I love poetry, rain, tea, cake, chocolate, make up, glitter, shiny stuff, listening and dancing to groovy songs. And most of all, I love my family and my cute, crazy, cuddly dog Simba (see below).
